2. Services & Estimates

M. & P. Tree Service provides professional tree removal, trimming, stump grinding, site clearing, demolition, and pressure washing services across Brunswick, St. Simons Island, and coastal Georgia.

All quotes and written estimates provided are based on our professional assessment of visible site conditions, tree dimensions, proximity to overhead utility lines or buildings, and required heavy machinery. Estimates are subject to fair adjustment if unforeseen conditions arise during project execution (e.g., hidden metal rods or concrete inside tree trunks, buried underground obstructions, or sudden storm-related soil shifting). Any scope adjustments will be communicated and approved prior to continuing work.

3. User Communications & SMS Messaging

By submitting your contact information through our free estimate and contact forms, you consent to receive communications from M. & P. Tree Service, including emails, phone calls, and SMS messages regarding your inquiry, project updates, scheduling confirmations, and estimate follow-ups.

4. Property Access & Safety

Customers authorize M. & P. Tree Service and our trained tree crews to access the designated property with commercial bucket trucks, wood chippers, stump grinders, and rigging equipment as needed to perform contracted work. Property owners are responsible for marking or notifying us of private underground installations (such as invisible dog fences, private septic lines, or irrigation sprinkler heads) prior to heavy equipment arrival.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, photos, logo, branding, text, organization, and digital materials on this website are the proprietary property of M. & P. Tree Service and are protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
